This sterling silver lever-back ear wire features a bezel mounting that holds one 10 x 10mm square cabochon. Insert your cabochon or flat-backed stone, then burnish the walls over it to secure the stone in place. For additional security, add jeweler's epoxy to the bottom of the cup before placing the stone.
