This sterling silver ring mounting is semi-mounted with 22 round CZs in shared 4-prong mountings around the center mounting and 30 on the decorative split sides of the ring shank—15 on each side. The 4-prong center mounting holds one 10 x 8mm oval faceted stone. Cut a seat in the prongs to accommodate your stone, then burnish the prongs over the stone to secure it in place.
